When does the course start and finish?

The course starts immediately after purchase and never ends! It's a completely self-paced online course - you decide when you start and when you finish.

I don't want to be sober forever - is this course still for me?

Yes! The concepts in this course apply to ANYONE who wants to improve their relationship with alcohol. Life-long sobriety isn't a requirement. Though to see the maximum benefits of the course I recommend sobriety while completing the curriculum.

How long do I have access to the course?

How does lifetime access sound? You can come back to this course and revisit it as many times as you'd like. You will also automatically receive all future additions and updates.

What if it doesn't work for me? Can I get a refund?

Due to the digital nature of this course (and my confidence that this program will be a tool for you to use for a lifetime) I do not offer refunds. Since you have lifetime access, you can pause and come back to it anytime you need a break. I don't consider myself an alcoholic. Will this course work for me?

Absolutely! You do NOT have to be an alcoholic or an addict in order to quit drinking. People decide to be sober for all kinds of reasons. I truly believe everyone can benefit from taking at least small breaks from alcohol.

I'm already sober. Would this course be at all useful for me?

Definitely. I've been sober for over 5 years and I STILL learn new tools that help make my sobriety journey easier and more successful. Even if you're already sober you will gain a lot of knowledge around ways to improve your physical, mental and emotional health.

I'm not sure if my drinking is a problem. Should I sign-up for this course?

No one can determine if you struggle with alcohol other than yourself. But if you experience any of the following you may want to consider looking at your relationship with drinking:

  • Creating rules around when you drink or how many drinks you can have but being unable to hold yourself accountable
  • Only wanting to attend events if alcohol is present
  • Getting anxiety whenever you're anticipating drinking (due to the inability to control)
  • Making reckless/poor decisions while drinking
  • If your instinct after a night of drinking is to continue drinking to handle the feelings of a hangover
  • Feeling defensive and/or angry if someone draws attention to your drinking or shares observations about your drinking
